We're Bradley's Towing, a local, owner-run wrecker service that's been working the Tri-Cities for more than ten years out of our yard on E Columbia Street in Pasco. Towing is the kind of thing nobody plans for, so we built the whole operation around being easy to reach and quick to show up.
When you call, you get a person, not a runaround. Jesenia on dispatch has talked plenty of stranded drivers through the worst part of their day, once getting to a customer in about ten minutes to jump a dead battery and not charging a dime for it. Out on the road, Matthew can read a problem fast, he's diagnosed a busted belt roadside and had folks moving again the same night.
We're not the biggest outfit in town and we don't try to be. We're the one your neighbor tells you to call, the one that treats your vehicle and your situation like it matters. Because it does.
